Evening session – 6:00 PM in the Multi Purpose Room (includes complimentary childcare)
Come out to our first PTO meeting of the year! This meeting is traditionally our most heavily attended, as it is packed with important information, including review and approval of our annual operating budget. If you’re curious about how PTO allocates its funds, this is the time to come and see where the money all goes!
Preliminary agenda includes:
- Approval of annual PTO budget
- Principal’s report from Mr. Maloney, including a new student recognition program
- Approval of spending proposals (requests from the school for PTO funding support)
- Updates on upcoming events, including AZ Kids Vote, yearbook, and Peanut Butter & Jelly drive supporting the Kyrene Family Resource Center
PTO meetings are a great time to come and see how we operate, meet other parents at the school, and mingle with teachers, staff, and administration outside the classroom environment. We hope you’ll join us for one of these informative sessions!
