Leave your mark on Sierra history by entering the “A Year Like No Other” Yearbook Cover Art Contest.
Your art could be selected for the cover of the Sierra 2013 – 2014 Yearbook.
Contest Details:
Theme: A Year Like No Other!
Paper Size: 8 ½ x 11 solid white paper
Paper Orientation: Portrait (tall)
Materials: Crayons, Markers or Paint (No colored pencils, please. They are too light, and do not show up well.)
Deadline: Friday, November 15, 2013
Contest Rules:
- Entries on other sizes or colors of paper will not be accepted.
- Entries with landscape (wide) orientation will not be accepted.
- Make sure “Sierra 2013 – 2014 Memories” is highly visible on entry, along with the theme, “A Year Like No Other!”
- Write your first and last name, and your teacher’s name, on the BACK of each entry (entries without this will be disqualified)
- USE LOTS OF COLOR!!!
- It must be your own work – no digital or copyrighted images.
- DO NOT FOLD YOUR ENTRY
- Make your work camera ready. Be sure to erase all pencil or sketch marks before turning it in.
- Submit your entries in a large envelope marked “Yearbook Cover Contest.”
- No late entries will be accepted.
